Voice Mobility Care
Voice Mobility is aware of the critical nature of any voice and messaging applications. In the event of a disruption, our goal is timely resolution of the issue with an emphasis on communication between a trained and certified Voice Mobility technical expert and you, the customer.
Emergency Outage Situations
Voice Mobility will respond to emergency situations within one hour. Our trained technical expert will work with the customer to isolate, diagnose, and repair the problem on a continuous (i.e. around the clock) basis.
Non Emergency Situations
Voice Mobility will respond to non emergency situations within 2 hours. Our trained technical expert will work with the customer to develop a mutually agreed-to action plan to resolve the issue.
